In 2008, Jessica Towne took ownership, establishing DBU as a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE). DBU Construction, Inc. is the first women-owned business in New Hampshire to offer directional drilling services. In 2011, we earned our Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) certification from the New Hampshire Department of Transportation.
